With expertise and enthusiasm, he drove his Lambert Forest Products Chevrolet, #55. He was loved by many as a brother, friend, father, son, and husband. Sadly, on November 12, 2023, Wildes passed away at the age of 42. Before his death, he was reportedly afflicted with a horrible illness.

His friends and family posted condolences and homage to his passing on social media following his passing. On June 15, 1981, Brad Wildes was born in Tomah, Wisconsin. He grew up racing because his father, Bob Wildes, was a car owner and racer. He found his love and talent for racing at an early age.
