Care Flight Takes Two to Hospital After Rollover Crash in Lyon County | News

Two people were taken to the hospital via Care Flight after a rollover crash near U.S. 95 Alternate in Lyon County on Saturday.
According to a post from the Yerington/Mason Valley Fire Protection District on Facebook, the crash happened 12 to 13 miles from U.S. 95A and Wabuska in Lyon County.
Care Flight sent two helicopters to transport the patients to the hospital.
Both suffered what the Facebook post characterized as moderate injuries.
Care Flight was required due to the mechanism of the injuries, cold temperatures and distance to the hospital.
