Man Arrested After Five Hour Standoff in Stead Thursday Night | News

The Reno Police Department tracked down a stalking suspect to a home on Crystal Shores Drive in Stead Thursday night.
Police had been searching for 31-year-old Stephen Ligouri for a previous stalking case reported by his ex-girlfriend.
After multiple failed attempts to call out Ligouri, and the seriousness of the the previous crime, Reno SWAT was called in to assist.
After five hours, SWAT used tear gas and flash banfs to get Ligouri out of the home.
He was arrested without incident at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, and is charged with aggravated stalking.
No one else was hurt.
