Man Faces Attempted Murder Charges After Triple Stabbing in Reno | News
An early morning stabbing investigation ended up with officers arresting a man after a lengthy standoff on Wednesday.
Reno Police say around 2:15 a.m. they were called to Aitken Street after getting reports that someone had been stabbed.
When police got there, they found three unidentified people had been stabbed and had serious injuries.
During their investigation police were led to the suspect's home on the same street and that’s where the standoff happened.
The suspect did not want to come out of his home for several hours, but police say he eventually came out and they took him into custody.
20-year-old Joseph Weber now faces three counts of attempted murder and three counts of battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm.
