Niall Horan is an Irish singer, songwriter, and guitarist who first gained international fame as a member of the boy band One Direction. He was born on September 13, 1993, in Mullingar, Ireland.

Horan auditioned for the seventh season of the British singing competition “The X Factor” in 2010, but was eliminated in the boot camp round.

However, he was later brought back to form the group One Direction, which went on to become one of the world’s biggest boy bands.
