Conde Nast Traveler has just announced the results of its 29th annual Readers’ Choice Awards and Maui got seven out of 10 of the top resorts in Hawaii. In fact, Maui took the top five spots.
And, it’s no surpirse that Maui ranks as the No. 1 island in the United States.
Andaz Maui at Wailea is the No. 1 Top Resort in Hawaii with a score of 95.88.
“To receive the top spot among so many well-respected resorts and hotel brands in Hawaii is an incredible honor and achievement for the whole team,” says General Manager Scott Allen. “This award reflects our team’s continued dedication to deliver the best in service, fitness, wellness, spa and culinary so that each guest leaves with a piece of our aloha spirit.”
Over 300,000 dedicated readers — nearly twice as many as last year — cast votes for 7,394 hotels, 606 cities, 500 cruise ships and 236 islands, in an average survey time of 8.4 minutes. The result? The 1,402 best travel experiences in the world.
